First Go to Google website: www.google.com and click on MORE and EVEN MORE and choose Voice
If you have a Gmail account it will ask you to sign in as your name than, Google Voice let us choose the number buy put the area code ( For US area code only - 408 ~ San Jose Area, 650 ~ San Francisco or you can choose other US area code by looking at Goole Map.I recomend you choose 408 or 650 for some reason) after you get the number you like, the Google Voice ask you to put yr home country number ( If you are in Cmabodia, you can put yr number than press Call ) You Phone will show your google voice number and asking for verify PIN in the screen.
