What is " Whatsapp " ? that my question to Sokha, he told me that its a cross-platform mobile messaging app which allows you to exchange messages without having to pay for SMS. I feel skeptical to do it .but later on i have a great time with that app with my friend and family coz its free SMS, fast MMS and good for overseas chatting,plus we can send individual or group message.
